Program Breakdown
Lean Body: The 30 Minute Formula is a 4-week strength and mobility plan designed for consistency, clarity, and results you can feel without overwhelming your schedule.
You’ll train four days a week with 30-minute, total-body sessions using just dumbbells and resistance bands. Each workout includes a warm-up and cool-down to support recovery and reduce soreness. Two additional mobility sessions each week help you improve how your body moves freeing up tight hips, shoulders, and spine so you feel stronger and more capable every day.
The structure is simple. The movements are intentional. The focus is on creating lasting progress through habits that fit and hold.

Strength Beyond the Ring
I’m Umar Sadiq, also known as “Top Boxer.” Born in Nigeria and raised in East London, I began boxing at 16, just before studying accounting. What started as a personal challenge quickly became a professional pursuit. I went on to represent both England and Nigeria internationally, chasing Olympic qualification in 2012 and 2016.
In 2017, I made my professional boxing debut, built a winning record on major cards, and earned a shot at a world title in Russia during the 2020 pandemic. That fight ended with a life-threatening injury and marked the close of my boxing career. After years in a sport that demands everything, I started asking different questions. Not just about power or performance, but about longevity. What does it mean to feel strong day after day? How do you build a body that holds up for work, for family, for real life?
That shift led me here. My programs are built around structure, sustainability, and self-respect so you can show up for your life, not just your workouts.
Today, I coach people who want to train with purpose, not pressure. People who want to move well, stay consistent, and feel strong in ways that matter outside the gym.
